Terms of service
This page explains the service conditions and responsibilities relevant to using BluPay’s merchant dashboard, hosted checkout, API, and WooCommerce plugin. Review the account and shop settings before accepting a live payment.
Custodial payment processing
BluPay is a custodial crypto payment gateway. Payment addresses, transaction detection, invoice records, and merchant balances are managed by the platform. A payment credited to your BluPay balance is different from a completed withdrawal to your own wallet.
Account access and merchant responsibilities
Use BluPay only for a business and activity that you are authorized to operate. Keep account credentials, API keys, webhook secrets, and recovery codes confidential. You are responsible for your products, delivery, customer communications, and obligations in the markets where you sell.
Invoices, networks, and order fulfilment
Use the asset, blockchain network, destination address, payment amount, and expiry shown by the current invoice. A transfer on the wrong network or to the wrong address may not be recoverable. Underpaid, late, or unconfirmed transactions require review. Confirm the invoice status through the API or a verified webhook before fulfilling an order; a browser redirect is not proof of payment.
Fees and exchange-rate quotes
Gateway fees, transfer fees, and which party pays them depend on the account, shop configuration, and current payment quote. Review the Pricing page and the fee breakdown in checkout. Network costs and exchange rates can change; an invoice quote does not guarantee a future withdrawal rate or cost.
Withdrawals and availability
Withdrawal requests are subject to the available balance, destination and network validation, account security checks, and processing status. Blockchain confirmation times and service availability vary. Do not treat a pending request as a completed transfer or rely on an unconditional processing-time promise.
Customer support and account-specific conditions
Use the Contact page for account access, invoice reconciliation, withdrawal, or integration questions. Include relevant invoice or transaction references without disclosing passwords or secrets. Before relying on the service for your business, request confirmation of the legal operator, availability in your jurisdiction, and any account-specific contractual conditions.
For questions about your account or these disclosures, contact BluPay. Read the privacy policy and compliance information alongside this page.
